By entering this ice rink, you acknowledge and accept that ice skating involves inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and at your own peril. The management and owners of this ice rink are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during your visit.

ICE RINK PARTICIPANT DECLARATION

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in ice skating activities at Clonmel On Ice (Profile Music Group Ltd) (the “Ice Rink”). I understand that ice skating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and injury. I am aware that the ice surface may be uneven, and conditions can change rapidly. In consideration of being allowed to use the Ice Rink, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk:

I assume full responsibility for my safety while using the Ice Rink.

I understand that ice skating carries inherent risks, and I voluntarily accept those risks.

Responsibility for Children:

As a parent or legal guardian, I am responsible for the safety and behaviour of my children while they use the Ice Rink.  I will ensure that my children follow all posted rules and safety guidelines

Compliance with Rules:

I will follow all posted rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by Ice Rink staff.  I understand that failure to comply with rules may result in my removal from the Ice Rink.

Offer of Protective Equipment:

I understand that ice skates are provided by Clonmel On Ice at no additional charge with my booking. Protective helmets are available for an additional fee, although I may elect to use my own personal helmet.

The decision to wear a helmet or other protective equipment is my own responsibility. I agree to inspect any equipment supplied by Clonmel On Ice before use and will immediately notify rink staff of any defect, damage, malfunction, or safety concern relating to such equipment.

Emergency Situations:

In case of an emergency, I authorize Ice Rink staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf.  I will promptly report any accidents or injuries to Ice Rink staff.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and indemnity agreement.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with ice skating and agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by Clonmel On Ice (Profile Music Group Ltd).
